Mujahid meets opinion leaders, media during discussion on unity and Islam

KUALA LUMPUR: Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa, who is in charge of religious affairs, met with opinion leaders and members of the media during a discussion on unity and Islam at the Concorde Hotel here on Monday (Aug 26).

The Concorde Club is a monthly discussion on hot topics initiated by veteran journalists, the Star Media Group Bhd's advisor Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, and Bernama chairman Datuk Seri Azman Ujang.

“These sharing of views will help media personalities and thinkers understand issues better,” said hosts Wong and Azman.

The small, informal gathering of journalists, opinion shapers, political and business leaders is modelled after the Makati Club in Manila, where key personalities are invited to share their views and narratives with relevant stakeholders.
