Five Filipinos nabbed trying to enter Sabah illegally


KOTA KINABALU: A 63-year-old Filipino was arrested when police intercepted his boat with four Filipinos who were attempting to sneak into Sabah in waters off Tawau.

Sabah Marine Police commander Asst Comm Mohamad Pajeri Ali said that the five, who were on a pump boat, were intercepted in Tinagat waters at around 9.30am Tuesday (Aug 20) after marine police patrols moved in after receiving intelligence information.
