PETALING JAYA: Civil servants must incorporate honesty, trust, discipline, integrity and transparency in their work culture to promote a clean and efficient administration, says the Malaysia Unity Foundation.Its trustee Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye (pic) said good moral values were essential for a trustworthy administration.
“They must develop a culture which will pave the way for the emergence of a dedicated, efficient and ethical civil service as well as one which focuses on management integrity.
