Fran a voice of unity amid discord


PETALING JAYA: With racially charged sentiments filling the air, Francissca Peter (pic) has lent her appealing voice to remind the people of what it truly means to be Malaysian.

Popularly known as Fran, the singer who made a name for herself in the 1980s with her hit song Sekadar Di Pinggiran, took to Twitter to declare that true Malaysians were people of peace who did not incite hatred.
