KLUANG: Police arrested a 31-year-old habitual criminal, who went around committing snatch thefts over the last couple of months.
In June, the suspect with a record of 16 previous offences, was detained under the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 (Poca) and was not supposed to leave Rompin, Pahang.
