PETALING JAYA: One of the two suspects who attempted to rob a food delivery rider in front of Phileo Damansara II on Aug 9 is expected to be charged today.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said the 33-year-old suspect would be charged under Section 393 of the Penal Code for attempted robbery and Section 324 for causing hurt.
