kOTA KINABALU: The state capital is expected to set up designated smoking areas by year-end as the smoking ban law becomes effective in Sabah by January next year.
The matter will first be discussed with the state’s Health and People’s Wellbeing Ministry, said Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister Arifin Asgali, who is in charge of the Kota Kinabalu City Hall (KKCH) portfolio.
