AG slaps criminal charges against 17 more Goldman Sachs executives


PETALING JAYA: The Attorney General’s Chambers has filed criminal charges against 17 current and former directors of three Goldman Sachs subsidiaries.

Attorney-General Tommy Thomas (pic) said the new charges were filed on Friday (Aug 9) under Section 367(1) and 179 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007
