MIRI: The forest fires in Kuala Baram district north of Miri are burning dangerously close to populated housing estates.
Miri Fire chief Supt Law Poh Kiong said latest drone shots taken by Miri Fire and Rescue Department late Wednesday (Aug 7) afternoon showed fires raging through dense vegetations and heading towards the Peryatim Orphanage and nearby residential estates.
