JOHOR BARU: The state government has allocated RM100,000 in its Budget 2019 to carry out school programmes in its effort to curb social ills, including teen pregnancy.
Johor recorded the most cases of baby dumping this year with 13 cases known as at last month, said state Tourism, Women Development, Family and Community Committee chairman Liow Cai Tung.
