Health Ministry: Balanced regulation vital for traditional medicine to tap global market

PETALING JAYA: There should be a balance when regulating traditional medicine in order for Malaysia to take advantage of the global traditional and complementary medicine market, says Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad (pic).

The Health Minister said that the authorities and regulators should not be the stumbling block holding back researchers aiming to put their remedies on clinical trials before making them available to the masses.
