GEORGE TOWN: Expansion plans for the Penang International Airport (PIA) should be made public and explained in detail, said Penang MCA chairman Datuk Tan Teik Cheng.
Urging Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow to explain the airport expansion plans, Tan also questioned if the extension would be carried out in stages.
