KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution in the corruption trial of Datuk Seri Najib Razak has filed an application for the former premier to apologise over his Facebook postings relating to the trial.
According to the notice of application, filed by Deputy Public Prosecutor Muhammad Izzat Fauzan on Thursday, the prosecution sought an order for Najib to apologise to the court for subjudice publications made via his Facebook page.
