KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): KTM Berhad will extend its commuter services for the FA Cup final between Kedah and Perak at the National Stadium, Bukit Jalil on Saturday (July 26).
KTMB chief executive officer Mohd Rani Hisham Samsudin in a statement said the extension of the service was to provide transportation for the public especially supporters of both the Kedah and Perak teams.
"Three additional train services will be available, at 11.30pm from Sentul station to Seremban station; 12.30am from Serdang station to Sentul station; and 1.15am from KL Sentral station to Port Klang station.
"Passengers using KTM Komuter can transit at the Bandar Tasik Selatan station and then ride on LRT to the Bukit Jalil Stadium," he said.
He said commuters were encouraged to use the Xtra 20 cards, Komuter Link and Touch 'n Go card to ensure a smooth journey especially when returning home without having to queue at the ticket counter.
