GEORGE TOWN: Mah Sing Group Bhd, the largest exhibitor at the four-day StarProperty.my Fair 2019, is showcasing RM4.68bil worth of properties at Gurney Plaza from now until Sunday.
Besides the Ferringhi Residence 2 project (RM614mil GDV) at Batu Ferringhi, Mah Sing is also promoting properties in Kuala Lumpur.
M Vertica (RM2bil GDV), M Centura (RM570mil GDV) and Lakeville Residence (RM1.5bil GDV) are the group’s Kuala Lumpur projects featured at the fair.
Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said house buyers can have a grasp of the unique project propositions offered by Mah Sing at the fair.
“We hope they will grab the opportunity to take advantage of the stamp duty exemptions and incentives provided under the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) to secure their ideal homes.
“The HOC has been extended until December 2019.
“We have seen continuous interest and positive responses from potential home buyers since the commencement of the HOC early this year.
“Mah Sing’s focus is in affordably priced projects with good product specifications in strategic locations that meet the mass market demands and this is reflected in the strong take-up rates in our projects.”
Organised by Star Media Group, the event also features projects from Asia Green Group, Ideal Property Group, Berjaya Land Bhd, Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd and Devoteshens Sdn Bhd.
The projects from Asia Green, Ideal Property, Mah Sing and Ewein Zenith should appeal to investors looking to live near the sea and shopping areas.
Ideal Property is displaying RM1.3bil worth of projects comprising the first and second phases of the Queens Residences (RM1.54bil GDV) in Bayan Indah near Queensbay Mall and The Amarene (RM272mil GDV) in Bayan Lepas.
The Queens Residences – which forms part of the larger Queens Waterfront development – will have an alfresco commercial area, marina bay, international sports centre and international school.
Ideal Property sales and marketing general manager Nancy Teo said more than 60% of the Queens Residences have been sold.
“The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2021, while the second phase is targeted for completion in 2022.
“On the other hand, The Amarene is 40% sold and it is scheduled for completion in 2022,” she said.
“The savings on stamp duty provided under the HOC has created a lot of interest for our properties.”
Asia Green is showcasing its sea-facing QuayWest Residences located in Bayan Indah near Queensbay Mall.
For those looking for landed properties, Berjaya Land Bhd’s Kensington Gardens – which is near the affluent neighbourhoods of Jesselton Heights – should be of interest to them.
Berjaya Land is also showing The Tropika @ Bukit Jalil, a mixed development in the Klang Valley, at the fair.
Devoteshens Sdn Bhd’s My Sakura 28 in Permatang Damar Laut should attract those looking for landed properties on the southern tip of the island.
