Two fined over illegal TV boxes

Follow the law: MCMC says it will take firm action against those owning and selling non-certified Android TV boxes.

PETALING JAYA: Two directors of LC Marketing Network Media Sdn Bhd were fined RM10,000 each after they pleaded guilty to having 79 units of non-certified Android TV boxes at the Digital Mall here.

Chen Kaiyi, 34, and Yeak Wang Ying, 33, were charged at the Petaling Jaya Sessions Court earlier this week.
