Sabah Health Dept awaiting result of suspected JE virus case in Tambunan

KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Health Department is currently awaiting the test results of a suspected Japanese Encephalitis (JE) patient from a village in Tambunan.

State Health and People's Wellbeing Minister Datuk Frankie Poon Fung Ming said the department confirmed there was a suspected case in Kampung Lubong and has sent a sample to the Sungai Buloh public health laboratory for testing.
