KOTA KINABALU: Diving areas need to be gazetted to ensure the tragedy that claimed the lives of three divers due to fish bombing would not repeat, says Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Mohamaddin Ketapi.
Such a move would be an extra precaution so that the illegal activity did not occur at diving sites, he said.
