THE Bill to lower the voting age to 18 will be retabled today after it was tweaked to include automatic registration and eligibility for 18-year-olds to become election candidates.
Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said when the Bill was tabled for its first reading last week, it only mentioned lowering the voting age from 21 to 18.
