GEORGE TOWN: The authorities picked up 13 fishermen in four trawlers for operating in prohibited zones off the south-west coast of the island here.

A joint operation by the Marine police and the Penang Fisheries Department found them carrying out fishing activities between Pulau Kendi and Pulau Rimau.
