PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor (pic) on Friday (July 5) withdrew her two appeals at the Court of Appeal regarding the transfer of her first corruption charges, involving a solar hybrid system in Sarawak to another High Court to be jointly tried with Datuk Seri Najib Razak's former special officer Datuk Rizal Mansor's case.
Her counsel Datuk Jagjit Singh told a three-member bench that he had been instructed not to proceed with the appeals.
