KOTA KINABALU: A man who bulldozed through a private land claiming that he has the clearance from head of state Tun Juhar Mahiruddin and Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has been asked to leave the plot.

The man, identified as Arsad Ghani, claimed that he had applied for land lots on behalf of 674 people at the Kampung Kurol Melangi, Kampung Likas area and got the green light for land clearing work.
