JOHOR BARU: The government should look at the possibility of shutting down “high-risk” chemical factories temporarily instead of closing down schools and learning institutions during a chemical crisis, says Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim.
“The onus is on factory operators to prove that they are not responsible for releasing toxic chemicals,” he said.
