GEORGE TOWN (Bernama): The contractor of the Paya Terubong paired roads project at Jalan Bukit Kukus here was charged in the Sessions Court on Tuesday (July 2) with three counts of failing to provide safe working procedures.
Yuta Maju Sdn Bhd, represented by its project director, Lai Sin Kian, pleaded not guilty and claimed trial after the charges were read out before Judge Mazdi Abdul Hamid.
