KUALA LUMPUR: A nine-year tussle over oil royalty between the Kelantan state government and the Federal Government has been resolved, with the former withdrawing its suit.The dispute came to a complete end after Kelantan withdrew its legal action against the government via a notice of discontinuance here yesterday.
High Court judge Justice Ahmad Bache struck out the suit with no liberty to file afresh when the matter was brought up in his chambers.
