KUANTAN: A political agreement between PAS and Umno will only be sealed once PAS is convinced that there is mutual understanding between the two parties, says PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang.
He added that both parties were still at the stage of cooperation, and more discussions would be held over a possible agreement.
