BUTTERWORTH: The Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) has initiated emergency response repair works after a major pipe burst at the Sungai Dua Water Treatment Plant, the island's largest facility.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said this was not a scheduled water supply interruption.
