Nga urges Sarawak assembly to appoint Opposition assemblyman as state PAC chief

SIBU: The Sarawak state legislative assembly has been told to appoint an Opposition assemblyman to head its Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to serve as check and balance to the state government.

Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Nga Kor Ming urged the state to follow Parliament, which had already appointed a Member of Parliament from the Opposition to head their PAC.
