PETALING JAYA: The issue surrounding the viral sex video allegedly involving a Cabinet minister will be discussed in the party's meeting Wednesday (June 12) evening, says PKR secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (pic).

"Yes, we will discuss the matter this evening," he said when met by reporters outside the party headquarters here Wednesday.

The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister said the issue was not discussed in the Cabinet meeting held earlier Wednesday.

"No, the issue was not discussed in the Cabinet meeting," he said.

Saifuddin added that the PKR political bureau meeting held at 5.30pm Wednesday was a routine political bureau meeting held every Wednesday and not organised under special circumstances.

"It is usually held at night but it is being held earlier today. However, it has nothing to do with these latest issues," he said.

Saifuddin said that PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim asked for the meeting to be held earlier because he has a Hari Raya Aidilfitri programme scheduled for later in the evening.
