KUALA LUMPUR: SRC International Sdn Bhd's board of directors was in the dark over the transfer of RM2bil of its funds, obtained from the Retirement Fund Inc (KWAP) that were wired into an unknown account.

Former board chairman Tan Sri Ismee Ismail testified that then CEO Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil did not inform the board that he (Nik Faisal) had asked KWAP to drawdown RM2bil into an AmBank account ending with the numbers 736.
