Number of flood victims in Perak increases to 141


IPOH (Bernama): A total of 141 people from 34 families affected by floods following heavy rain in two districts in Perak are still housed at two flood relief centres as at 9pm Saturday (June 8) night.

Perak's Civil Defence Forces (APM) deputy director Zairil Anuar Zulmuji (pic) said the number of flood victims in the Hilir Perak district had increased to 127 people from 32 families as at 9pm, compared to 100 people from 25 families at 2.30pm.
