Festive treat: Liew placing the dumplings into a pot filled with water to be cooked.

GEORGE TOWN: Making a cone out of bamboo leaves and filling it with cooked brown rice, a chestnut, mushroom, vegetarian meat, lentils, a bit more brown rice, and red beans, the volunteers at the Than Hsiang Temple in Bayan Baru made the wrapping process look so easy.

The vegetable dumplings were for the upcoming Duan Wu Jie (Dumpling Festival) today.
