GEORGE TOWN: The completion of the RM545.6mil Jalan Bukit Kukus paired roads project has hit a snag following cash flow problems faced by the two developers responsible for the remaining 2.1km of the 4.9km stretch.

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said the two developers involved in the project have got into cash flow problems, resulting in a delay in completing the project on time.“The construction of the project is divided into three sections. One section, spanning 2.8km, is financed by Penang Island City Council (MBPP) and at the moment it is the most advanced, being 75% complete.
