Caught in the act: A man emptying what is believed to be construction waste near Tun Lim Chong Eu Expressway in Penang
GEORGE TOWN: Thanks to a network of 767 public security cameras on Penang island, a lorry driver with a habit of dumping construction waste at the seaside was caught.
The cameras twice caught him heading to a piece of vacant land by the sea to dump loads of broken concrete, said state Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh.
