PETALING JAYA: A hostel warden was sentenced to 133 years’ jail and 42 strokes of the cane after pleading guilty to 26 charges of sodomy and other sexual crimes which he had committed on five students at a tahfiz in Perlis.
Nawawi Anuar, 28, pleaded guilty in front of Sessions Court judge Ainul Shahrim Mohamad to 26 counts of sodomising, molesting and sexually harassing his victims at Maahad Tahfiz al Quran Ar Raudhah Bohor Mali in April, Sinar Harian reported.
