KUALA PILAH: Two friends pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court here to selling handcuffs similar to those used by the police.
Wan Amirul Zarni Mohd Kamaruzzaman, 24, and Muhammad Zul Afiq Zafri, 21, were charged with committing the offence in front of a hypermarket here at 6.15pm on May 22.
