PETALING JAYA: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has expressed his condolences over the passing of eminent historian Prof Emeritus Tan Sri Dr Khoo Kay Kim.
Dr Wee recalled looking up to Prof Khoo when he was still a pupil in school.
