MELAKA: Former key PKR leader Badrul Hisham Shahrin, also known as Che'gu Bard, has written an open letter to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) alleging mismanagement of a Ramadan bazaar in Klebang here.
Badrul said the management of the main bazaar was handed over to a company, whose owner is linked to an MP in Melaka.
