PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is set to give a special address in conjunction with Pakatan Harapan's first year anniversary in power.
He is scheduled to deliver his speech at 3.50pm and it will be televised live.
Cabinet ministers, top government officials and foreign dignitaries will attend the special event that will be held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre.
Dr Mahathir is expected to speak on the achievements of Pakatan in its first year of being in power.
Later, the Prime Minister will be breaking his fast with ministers at a thanksgiving event to commemorate the anniversary, which will be held at Putra Mosque.
On May 9 last year, Pakatan wrested control of the Federal Government from Barisan Nasional in a historic general election.
It was the first time Malaysia has seen a change in government since independence.
