SANDAKAN: The opposition figures in the by-election campaign here are those who did not vote for the amendment in the Federal Constitution to protect Sabah's rights, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.
“How can the people have confidence in them? They could not support the interests of the state in Parliament, and now they want to win the votes of Sandakan constituents,” said Shafie.
