JOHOR BARU: The Rapid Transit System (RTS) project should proceed following Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar’s goodwill gesture to hand over a plot of land in Bukit Chagar to the government for free, said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic).

In view of the Johor Ruler ’s decree, he said land acquisition matters and high compensation payments should no longer be a constraint.
