PETALING JAYA: An independent body should be formed to address the public’s negative perception on crime, says Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
The Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) senior vice-chairman said the independent body should include the police, researchers and experts, especially from local institutions of higher learning.
