KUCHING: There will be no referendum on Sarawak's position in Malaysia, the Sarawak Legislative Assembly heard.
Law, State-Federal Relations and Project Monitoring Assistant Minister, Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali, said the struggle to regain state rights must be done within the parameters of the Federal Constitution, Malaysia Agreement 1963 and the nation's laws, as well as within the context of Malaysia.
