SANDAKAN: A low turnout of audiences at political campaign ceramah in conjunction with the Sandakan parliamentary by-election and a lackadaisical mood among the electorate has caused a headache to the candidates.

As the campaign entered the fourth day yesterday, there was little sign of people turning up in droves at various ceramah while the candidates preferred to personally meet the constituents in their walkabouts.
