KUALA LUMPUR: The government is looking into the safety monitoring practices and redevelopment of old buildings in the wake of cracks discovered on a five-storey block at Taman Keramat Permai Flats, says Zuraida Kamaruddin.
The Housing and Local Government Minister said the government intended to focus on redeveloping buildings aged 30 years or more.
