IPOH: Some 100 orang asli from various villages and environmental groups in Perak held a demonstration here against projects developing the forests in the state.
Sahabat Alam Malaysia (SAM) and Kumpulan Aktivis Sahabat Alam (Kuasa) were among the environmental groups present during the demonstration on Tuesday (April 30) to hand a memorandum to Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu.
