BEIJING: While the Belt and Road Initiative will help to improve connections and help foster development, it is also important to promote and accept the diversity of culture and value for the sake of world peace, says Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

He said there should not be just one single value system for the world because many countries were not prepared for it.
