Govt wants to curb profiteering in the supply chain, says Minister

PUTRAJAYA: The government wants to tackle profiteering that occurs in the supply chain, which has led to the escalating prices of goods, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (pic).

The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister said findings by his ministry revealed that profit margins of up to 133% can be made at one stage of the supply chain.
