KUCHING: The Sabah and Sarawak High Court Registry will not move from Kuching to Kota Kinabalu as announced last week.
In a letter dated Tuesday (April 23), Federal Court Chief Registrar Datuk Seri Latifah Mohd Tahar said the planned relocation of the Registry would not be implemented.
