Man detained after exposing himself and trying to grab woman

JOHOR BARU (Bernama): Police detained a local man on suspicion of behaving indecently towards a woman at an insurance agent's office near Kota Tinggi on Thursday evening (April 18).

The arrest came in the wake of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) recording that had gone viral.
